eHealth NSW | IT Program Management Intern

Monitored and reported on over 50 project milestones for the multi-million dollar Health Grade Enterprise Network upgrade program, contributing to on-time and under-budget implementation.

Led bi-weekly stand-up meetings with up to 30 attendees, where I documented and tracked over 100 action items that covered all 15 Local Health Districts (LHDs) in the NSW Health Network.

Proactively identified, documented, and escalated over 5 critical risks, enabling Senior Project Managers to implement mitigation strategies, preventing an estimated 2 months of project slippage.

Helped coordinate a one-year multi-stage network upgrade schedule for 5 major hospital sites within two regional LHDs, ensuring zero downtime for critical clinical systems during the transition.

Acted as a primary point of contact for a Big 4 consultancy client, constantly informing the client of my team’s progress via email and phone, and working with them to install 40 new systems within a month.

Completed the commissioning, configuration, documentation, and troubleshooting of 20 new and customised audio visual systems for a large public university.

Managed and completed client service calls via Zendesk. This involved diagnosing and resolving network / system problems, or implementing client requests such as GUI, firmware, and setting changes.

Provided superior customer service for a client by proactively creating a user guide and conducting live training sessions for end users, ensuring first-call resolution and astounding client satisfaction.
